How this business started?
RED COOKS FOOD HUB is a small kiosk business that four students from University of Santo Tomas put up for their thesis.

The main product if the business is the "Rurou Rice" which is a Taiwanese rice cuisine that they adopted because one of the four business partners is a Taiwanese citizen and she introduced the dish.
​
The business partners did not literally copied the recipe of the real Rurou Rice, it is only where they get the concept and they experiment their own recipe to have a touch of Filipino taste since their primary curtomers are Filipino.
